I don’’t know if it was the colorful cover that moved you take a second look or the colorful name that drew you in, but either way, I am eager to engage you in the world of food! While you’’re here, let me tell you a little about the book and why I wrote it. “Eat in Color” is written from my heart. I want to share my passion for the culinary arts and my desire to bring back the true pleasure of cooking for others. I have learned many things through research, travel and experience. But, most of all, I’’ve learned that fresh ingredients, seasoned well and cooked with a light hand, delight the eyes, electrify the taste buds and are the key to healthy living. Incorporating a variety of exotic and local foods, especially those bounding with color, into everyone’’s diet each day is a genuine game changer. Actually, it’’s a life changer. This book is not about what you should remove from your diet, but it’’s a plea to add freshness, color and variety. I am sharing with you what I’’ve learned since I began eating in color.
