Years pass since the events of the first story, REDNECKS AND BLUEBALLS, as the setting shifts from the rich continent of Manhattan to the new gritty, cutthroat corporate underworld of the three smaller continents of Merica: Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens; and the focus goes from the political realm to the economic world as criminal capitalists try to get a piece of empire to become a king in their own right. Some rules may have changed, but color is still king in the nation of Merica.
