The nature of Kelee meditation is that you can learn it yourself with self-study. You can complete a ten-week course in this practice using this journal and the companion book, Kelee Meditation: Free your Mind, which is a step-by-step guide of how to do this practice.
In this journal, you can draw or write inside the lines, or outside them. You can use pen, pencil, colored pencils, crayons or whatever medium will record what you have experienced, after your Kelee meditation practice.
You will begin to see results within a few days to a few weeks, depending on your awareness and how consistently you do this practice. In ten weeks your progress will be noticeable. A hallmark of Kelee meditation is things that bother you, no longer do.
