The Kids Write Club is an award winning literacy program utilized by teachers and students in elementary through high school all over North America. Dubbed “Inspiring Voices” by the Gerald McShane Elementary school students of the English Montreal School Board took part in the KWC pilot project in Spring 2012.The KWC literacy program turned these students into the world’s youngest authors. The Kids Write Club (KWC) program promotes literacy by having students write their own story books teaching morals and lessons. Through these books and the KWC, literacy, anti-bullying, and other issues that affect our youth are told in their own words. This is why the Kids Write Club is fast becoming the ‘power program’ that no school or parent should be without.
