When the death of unarmed black man, Rowland Foster, at the hands of a white Broadcreek County Sheriff’s Officer occurs during a traffic stop, tempers flare inside of a small community. Caught between defending the color of his skin and the choice of his profession, rookie cop Damien Howell quickly learns of the reality living behind the badge.
