In a police department saturated with internal drug scandals, murder, police brutality, and blatant misconduct towards citizens, one police sergeant blows the whistle on the severe acts of injustice; which hampers its inner-city families. Additionally, from the recruitment process to an officer being submerged into the police subculture, the police persona overwhelmingly places minorities within the crosshairs of police harassment and abuse of authority. Sergeant Boal, a 15 yr veteran, vividly describes egregious police acts and relates their devastating consequences to the current demise of the inner city family structure.
