I am Mickey Eves and I LOVE to draw. I always have. I can still hear my teachers saying, "Quit that doodling and do your work!" Now, I get to doodle for my job! My favourite, is to draw things from a different perspective or angle than you would normally see. It looks wacky and silly and it causes a definite reaction for the viewer.
Most of my illustrations are done in pencil first and then painted with acrylic paints. But I am always experimenting with new things, so who knows; maybe I'll be the first illustrator to use . . . bubble gum!
