This is Molly's second adventure with the Magic Pencil. Molly is on her way to school when she meets Mrs. Jones who is very worried about her little cat that is frightened and is clinging to the top of a very tall tree. There is no one there to help and the little cat could be up there all day.
Molly comes to the rescue with her magic pencil but the rescue is not as straightforward as it might be.
