English in Colors-A Visual Adventure is an experiment. It is an English-based format of sentence analysis that exposes students to academic concepts. At the primary level, for instance, instead of analyzing a sentence such as The house is white, the reader will analyze Matter is energy. At a secondary level, sentences such as All matter becomes energy as it approaches the speed of light will expose readers to learning via osmosis: parse the sentence and learn a concept. To facilitate the learning of the concept, punctuation is often used outside quotation marks and hyphenated words are employed to contain the concept. The premise is that the analysis of the sentence is not an end in itself, rather it is the beginning of an adventure of lifetime learning - across the disciplines.
